| Fantastic service, I was really impressed. I placed my order late on Thursday night to buy the long overdue replacement bowl for my shisha. I didn't think I would get it on time for the weekend so I was well surprised when the postman brought a little package for me Saturday morning. So last night we were able to smoke the shisha in the garden - heaven!!! Thank u sooooo much. |

I spoke to you a couple of days ago about a big egyptian ice shisha pipe I was going to order.
This is just to say that it arrived today and I'm absolutely delighted with it! It's a lovely looking piece of kit and smokes great, the Al Fakher tobacco you recommended is very nice too. Like I told you, I had a hi-life hookah already and this one I just got from you today is in a different league altogether... makes the hi-life look very crappy indeed. So thanks very much! Chances are I will never need another pipe, but I will definitely get any accesories and whatever from you in future.

hi and many thanks, i was introduced to hookah pipe by a friend who brought me one back from holiday and find it a wonderful way to unwind but was dissapointed when i could find charcoal in the shops but no flavoured tobacco...then hooray i found your site and have been more than satisfied with the products the efficiency and how easy the site is to navigate
